Hobsonville Land Company – Catalina Bay

Hobsonville Land Company (HLC) manages the development of integrated urban communities and are based in Catalina Bay, Hobsonville, in Auckland. Over the last decade HLC has acquired expertise as a lead developer.

Europlan has been working in partnership with HLC since July 2017.

The completed project consisted of a two stage fit out and we worked closely with HLC to space plan both stages of the overall fit out.

Due to the building’s history as an old Air force hangar, we needed to provide a modular solution that would accommodate the building’s quirks. HLC’s project manager enjoyed the process of working with Europlan to achieve the right look and feel for furniture within the building.

We supplied Tidal Premium Desks for the HLC fit out, in both pod and single user set ups to support the size of each team and the unique nature of the building layout.
