Creating a sense of privacy for staff and families.
We worked with Iesha and the team at Te Roopu Awhina ki Porirua Trust (TRA) to provide a meeting room solution for their existing office in Porirua. TRA was established in 1979 to provide a wide range of social services spanning welfare, health and education in the Wellington region, and has over 20 staff operating in the community supporting whānau and tamariki.
The meeting rooms needed to be fit for purpose and create a sense of privacy for the staff and families using them. Having a New Zealand made and designed option with favourable lead times was also an important consideration when selecting the most suitable option for TRA.
This made Forum Pod a natural choice for TRA’s needs.

Pod Solution
Forum Pod is an NZ Made pod solution that can be ordered, manufactured and installed within a 4-week leadtime. There is the opportunity to specify colours and finishes to suit the existing environment and we could place the Pods on the floor without disrupting the configuration of existing furniture. The Pods have been very well received and well used since their installation, providing a safe and comfortable space for TRA staff and whānau to meet.
