In March this year, they swapped seats with Designer Grace Alexander and the team at Catalyst to enjoy the same treatment for their new corporate office in Wellington.
Located on Level 11, 36 Customhouse Quay, Grace and the team at Catalyst worked with The Property Group to create a new corporate office that delivered a contemporary and inviting feel. Providing a fresh look with a flexible layout that paves for the way for collaboration and can flex easily for growth.
The space makes the most of the incredible harbour views and natural light.

Highlights
Catalyst delivered on the brief of a modern overall look that complemented the Property Group’s Auckland office. Careful attention was paid to existing timber floors and these were enhanced by the wow factor front of house feature stone. Clever lighting and seating complete the welcome experience for staff and visitors.
Catalyst engaged with Europlan in November 2018 to provide a furniture proposal for the Property Group fit out. The project was signed off in February 2019 with delivery and installation completed in March.
Solutions
Due to access constraints and narrow lifts, we delivered the fit out dismantled and assembled once on site. We worked with Grace at Catalyst to ensure the solutions we provided complemented the high-end features of the space and maintained the open and collaborative flow from kitchen, to meeting, to workspace.
