It occupies half a city block, sits on three road frontages and offers panoramic views of the city and harbour.

Project Background
Objective has taken 450SQM for their 15 staff that include an open plan office space, kitchen and two meeting rooms. Three metre high ceilings on the office floors allow flexibility for a wide variety of partitioned and open plan configurations.
The building safety rating is in excess of building code, with it being estimated at up to 180% of code.
Collaboration
Europlan worked with Design Firm, Catalyst in Wellington to deliver furniture for the Objective project.
Designer Drew Blair and Project Manager Sarah Courtney from Catalyst worked with Tim Elliott from Europlan in Wellington to hit milestones and meet key project dates.
Europlan coordinated delivery timing around other tenants moving into 20 Customhouse Quay taking place at the same time. The project delivery and installation was completed in July 2018 and finished within 3 days.
