Refresh Pods are certified to ISO 23351‑1:2020, delivering speech level reduction of around 28.3 dB, so conversations feel private and nearby colleagues experience fewer distractions. BuzziNest Booths and Pods carry ISO acoustic certifications too (Booth ~27.1 dB; Pod ~28.1 dB), combining upholstered exteriors and acoustic panels to attenuate sound. GREENGUARD certification supports healthier indoor air quality.

Air is refreshed via a purifying system with filtered cross-flow ventilation. Motion sensors activate LED lighting and ventilation when occupied, then power down after inactivity to conserve energy. Tempered glass doors with an auto-close function improve safety and acoustic sealing, while integrated desks, seating and charging options support laptops, monitors and collaborative work. Optional castors (on select units) make relocation straightforward, ideal for dynamic teams and evolving workplaces.

Solo focus and phone booths

Power, Ventilation & Fire Considerations

Pods arrive ready to work with integrated power points, USB charging and cable management to keep surfaces tidy. Lighting turns on automatically when a user enters the pod. Ventilation systems balance acoustic isolation with fresh air, maintaining comfort during calls and short meetings. For fire considerations, our installers advise on pod placement, sprinkler integration (where applicable) and safe door operation; tempered glass doors typically open to a controlled angle to prevent collision with surroundings.

Selected pod ranges are designed with durability, repairability, and end-of-life recycling in mind. Quality acoustic materials, upholstery, glass, and metal components are chosen to support long-term commercial use while maintaining a refined workplace aesthetic. Refresh Pods are stocked in white for faster delivery, with additional colours available on indent to match your palette. BuzziNest components can be disassembled for recycling.
