Open-plan offices are great for energy and collaboration, but they leave little room for a focused conversation. The Refresh Q-Pod 3.0 answers that gap with a self-contained meeting space that drops straight into your existing floor plan.
Inside, up to four people can gather around a meeting table fitted with integrated charging ports, making it a natural home for project catch-ups, interviews and working sessions. Add the optional sofa for a more relaxed setup, or a wall-mounted screen and whiteboard when the conversation calls for it. Everything is considered, from the touch-controlled lighting to the filtered, well-ventilated air.

Description
- Acoustic shell that works both ways. The shell is made from 100% recyclable polyester that absorbs sound on both sides, so people inside can speak freely and the floor outside stays calm.
- A table that keeps you powered. The integrated meeting table includes CE-certified power and fast USB-A and USB-C charging, so laptops and phones stay topped up through the longest session.
- Clean, filtered air. A HEPA filter keeps the air inside fresh, with steady airflow that stays comfortable even when the pod is full.
- Energy use that looks after itself. A motion sensor runs the lighting and ventilation only when the pod is in use, switching everything off after five minutes of inactivity.
- Control at your fingertips. An intuitive touch panel puts lighting and ventilation within easy reach, so the space is ready the moment you step in.
