Creating an environment intended to keep staff feeling energised and clients feeling relaxed and refreshed.
We worked with the team at Oxford Finance to deliver a new fit-out for their Auckland office.
The floor plan created by Argosy and T Plus Architects created a mix of zones and settings for Oxford Finance, to support the range of activities taking place within the business.
Europlan completed the full fit-out including boardroom, meeting rooms, lunchroom, and collaborative areas.
Oxford Finance selected furniture solutions that delivered an ergonomic, fresh and flexible workspace for their staff and provided a warm, professional and comfortable experience for clients and visitors.
It was a pleasure to work with Oxford Finance on this project, the result is a revitalising and future proofed new space with a legible layout that supports the needs and goals of the business.

Workstations
The workstations were all Tidal electric sit to stand with an area of Intuity fixed height desks to be used as touchdown points and hot desking. The use of dual monitors arms maximised the available desk space and provided an ergonomic and user-friendly work area for staff.
Away from the desk
Great use of breakout space and collaborative areas provides alternative work areas away from the desk and creates space for informal and impromptu meetings.
Plenty of attention has been paid to creating an environment intended to keep staff feeling energised and clients feeling relaxed and refreshed. The use of plants throughout the space provides natural screening and helps to improve air quality.
Social Spaces
A well-lit and refreshing lunchroom space allows staff to stay hydrated and nourished and connect with their colleagues. Quality furniture and storage has been placed in the boardroom and meeting room settings, making more formal interactions feel easy.
Function
Ample team storage has been provided which keeps the workspace tidy and free of clutter and creates a natural flow of traffic around the floor plate.
A welcoming reception area gives visitors a range of sitting or standing options, and thoughtful semi enclosed offices provide a reassuring space for client exchanges.
