Most task chairs ask you to adjust to fit them: a lever, a dial, a lock position to get right and remember. Fern works differently. Its patented Wave Suspension back has no hard outer frame, so it flexes and redistributes support as you move, rather than holding one fixed shape until you reset it. The design is modelled on fern fronds, which bend under pressure and return without losing structure.

Fern ships as an armless task chair. Fixed, height-adjustable or 4D arms are available as an accessory, along with an optional headrest, height-adjustable lumbar support and coat hanger, so the configuration matches what the space actually needs rather than adding options by default.
